me and my close friend are trying out for cheerleading in the spring. is there anything we can do to be prepared for what they will have us do? (running, stretching, etc.)

i'm a cheerleader of six years.......stretch every chance you get while you are sitting in front of the tv sit on the floor and stretch, also endurance run alot and do ALOT of cardio work on your smile make sure that no matter what you are doing that you look like you are having fun (even if you arent) email me at g.gavin@sbcglobal.net for more tips and dont forget to practice your dancing skills and speed learning!

Before you go for cheerleading you have to practice by streching, and dance different kind of songs from the TV, or Radio.
