My name is Chanel and I'm 15. I had sex with this guy named Ben who is 26, and now I'm pregnant (3 months, the doctor said).. He told me that he will take me home from work but he took me to his house. He started telling me things and I believed him... I told him I should not be here but he just pushed me on his bed and started doing things to me that I shouldn't be doing till I'm married.. But I didn't know what to do, I just layed there letting him do that to me.. My dad is going crazy right now.. telling ben that he is going to kill him.. I'm scared and I don't know what to do.....

Chanel, this is statutory rape. You are a minor, and Ben should've known better. I know it is frightning to think that he's going to end up in jail, but he should've known what the concequences would be. You didn't do anything wrong, and, eventhough you are very scared right now, remember that your dad will calm down in a while (he's a parent, as am I, and I would've reacted the same), but once he's settled down, he'll know what to do. Good luck girl, I know there is a difficult time ahead of you, but it will get better.

What you explained is RAPE!!!! Do not try and protect this man as he didn't care about you or yout body. Tell the police everything. Let him go to jail. As far as the baby it is very unfortunate. Remind your dad taking the law into his own hands will create more problems. Pick up the phone now and call a detective in and have a chat. Good luck

He'll face jail time for rape, especially since you are a minor. Since he didn't take you to where he was supposed to take you, the prosecutors may throw kidnapping in there (which could be pleaded down if he pleads guilty for the rape). He will also have to pay for you medical care and child support. When he is released from jail, he will have to register as a sex offender and since you are a minor, his visitations with your child will probably be supervised.

A 26yr old having sex with a 15yr old is rape. Ben should be in jail.

Your father should report this to the police. I think he is guilty of both statuatory and actual rape. He should not get himself in prison. He could go to prison for many years.
