I already have created the MP_ROOT, 100MNV01, and 100ANV01 folders and I am trying to get a video to play on my PSP.

if u have psp video 9 go to the transfer tab and it does it itself u dont need to know the folder

create a sparkling profile in the pspvideo9 convert menu once you've the equipment set to at least a million.50 replace it to 2.seventy one (or regardless of is above a million.50). i had an same concern.. after 2 hours i'm getting a video that i will not play.. only replaced the profile and it worked.
