Someone was asking another question about how to get a very cheap old computer or something to act as a terminal to access the internet.

Are there any old computers for less than about $100 or a games-console with a browser program that can do the job? Maybe they can buy one on eBay. If so, what browser software would they use?

Any old 486 or Pentium with Linux can access the net. It should cost around $40 with an old CRT monitor.
