In general no way, but..... I have seen some of my favorites on TV that have had it on, why , don't know, don't care. I still think they are hot, and it doesn't change my mind about them, and they don't wear it all the time.
1. Chris Daugherty (American Idol)
2. Criss Angel (Mind Freak)
two hotties with or without, now if my husband put eyeliner on, I would pee my pants, from laughing so hard, some just can't pull that off!

I honestly think it works for some men. I have no problem with a man wearing eyeliner...but he has to look good.
Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails is a good example of a man looking good with eyeliner on :-)

it looked good on david bowie in the film 'laberinth', but to be honest no make up should be seen on men. it looks better on women
