ok well.I am in love with my best friend. Ive told my other friends that i like him, but then took it back, and said that i didnt like him anymore.I even tried to tell myself that idont like him anymore.but i just cant move past him.he likes someone else too, and it tears me apart. trhings will become insanely weird if i tell him.
what should i do?

Do not tell him. He obviously is interested in someone else. This might not be the time for you 2. Things happen For a reason.
keep your secret crush to yourself and go on like nothing is happening.
Still be friendly and nice and just see what happens. It might not work out with the girl he likes., but do not come forward right now.
Your time will come when he is emotionally available and then you can give hints, but do not blab it out to him.
When you give hints and he responds , just let it come about naturally.
Let it go for now and focus on other stuff.

Despite what you don't want to do, you may as tell him how you feel eventhough that he is seeing someone else and what your intentions were. Denial can be a bad thing, especially since you are comtemplating back and forth whether or not you feelings for him are mutual. Since you know you can't date him, telling him what is on your might might help you so you won't feel guilty. Although you can choose not to tell, either way you put it you are going to have to make a decision about what you plan to do. Although he may not think you are weird, only someone with no common sense might say that. You just have to move on because if you don't you will drive yourself nuts. You don't need any drama or extra baggage. Good luck on what your decision will be.

If you can not tell him face to face then write a letter & tell him thats the only way you will find out how he feels about you. I'ts a chance your going to have to take because what would you rather never know if you 2 could of got together, or tell him and take a chance atleast that way you can say u tried, if your really best friends then nothing will change good luck.

ha, that is EXACTLY the same thing that happened to me, i swear!! as it turns out (i was lucky on this one), he told me that he liked ME. i think that there's nothing wrong w/ your situation. if you guys are such best friends, then you could also be a good bf/gf couple, too. i'm pretty sure that you're thinking, "well, what if things go sour and he doesn't like me?" you'll never know unless you try is all i have to say. good luck! :D

do u love him sincerely? what's to worry if u tell the truth to others? Be honest to urself, to ur boyfriend and to ur other fds is important, at least it may bring less agony.
