Well that depends on a couple of things. First your age, if you have only recently gotten your period, you will be irregular for awhile and this is compleatly normal.
If you have had your period for a couple of years and you are late your options are stress and of course the obvious pregnancy. I would go see your doctor on Monday or if there is reason I would purchase a pregnancy test from the drug store.

I have experienced irregular periods now and then, I remember going through 6 months without having a period and I knew I wasnt pregnant, I was really worried about it, then I did a little research and found out it was hormonal imbalance so I took primrose oil capsules everyday for a week and my period came back. Apparently primrose oil has some essential amino acids in it that women's bodys need, and if this is depleted it can lead to problems such as stopped periods. Star flower oil is also good for periods.

yep.. maybe a change in cycle / phase.
the same happens to my wife every now and then.
that's is if you're not pregnat or too stressed
relax drink some coconut water and you'll be fine

Has this happened to you before? If so, maybe it's normal for you.
Have you been really stressed out? That can mess with it.
Or maybe you're pregnant.
