Don't touch it! If it feels weird or it itches, it's healing. Just leaving it alone will cause it to heal. If it's close to the front of your nasal cavity you could put antibiotic cream on a Q-tip and put it on it. But that's about all you could take.

First find the source,then attack.Try anti-biotic ointments,and Neosporin is good.Also Bacitraction ointments.
