hiccups can be obtained by most mammals. It is an involuntary contraction of the diaphragm, and if you've got one, you can potentially get the hiccups.

I know dogs can but to be honest, I've never seen any of my cats hiccup.

yes , my puppy gets them all the time as she eats all her food in 10 seconds. Shes never not hiccuping!

i don't know a/b cats, but i do know that min. schnauzer gets hiccups, and i've seen other dogs with hiccups

I think all creatures that have a diaphram can get hiccups.

cats and dogs maybe can.It all has to do with can they puke.Horses can't puke so can't get hiccups.Dogs and Cats can so they probably can
