You don't say where on your wrist....but it could be a ganglion cyst, which is pretty harmless. If it starts to bother you, see the doctor.

When I was a kid, I had one on my right wrist, just a bump about 1/2 inch, wouldn't go away, and just a little pain. Went to doctor with my mom. The doctor took a heavy book and smashed it. After the pain went away from the book hit, no more bump and no more pain. It was some kind of cyst, but that was in the 60's so cannot remember anything else. It never came back.

My dad had this as a boy, a ganglion cyst. the Doc hit it with a book, this breaks the cyst, and is dissolved by the body. His did come back, but it was over 50 years later, so he had me hit it with a book, and has been gone again for a couple of years. No big deal.
