I've always thought bubble skirts were cute, but the people that look best in them are tall and thin, so perhaps they are not for everyone. If you do wear them, try pairing them with something simple and understated, to make the skirt the main focus of the outfit.

The first one, but not the second. The second looks like you're wearing a bag as a skirt. But, that's only my opinion

Well I say it depends do you think you look good in them if you
think you do go ahead if you don't think so try something like a mini skirt. Cute but nicely cut!

relatively lovable. merely pair it with the main appropriate footwear. (residences, heals, sandals) and of direction a tightly setting up shirt like a colourful tank precise could look staggering with that with some huge jewelery :)

I think they are cute but only for really petite people.try imagining a full size woman in such an outfit....would look like a ballon!

I think it depends on who is wearing them. I can't pull the look off but my sister looks great in them.

I think that i look good in them!! me and my friend call them skresses when they are shorter, and when they are, wear leggings or jeans!!

Yikes! How many snags did you get when you wore that? Itchy, scratchy feeling. I don't care if that happens or not, that's what I feel when I look at it.
