What is the history of the Castle in Stoke Newington, London that is now a climbing gym?

We just went for a walk today and stumbled upon this castle that seems to house a climbing gym. We wanted to know what is its history and is the gym the only thing inside it. Anyone know?

It was built in 1856 by the water board as a pumping station. Today it is used only as a climbing centre.
