I go to church almost every Sunday and when I come back home I am seriously hungry. So I usually stop and get a snack from Golden Krust but if you really want something good to eat you can go to Red Lobster.

I avoid them like a plague as they are always so full. I understand from friends who do indulge in going out after church that buffets are the choice. I suppose there is the belief that they offer the best quantity for the money. Notice I said quantity not quality.
It amazes me, well maybe not that folks will go to church and amongst their prayers they probably pray for weighing less, then they go to a buffet and gorge themselves.

I generally try to find the out of the way places. . .the mom and pop diners. It seems that the non-commercial restaurants always take more time in preparing their food and tend to do it the "old fashioned" way. Not getting all this bulk stuff that is prepackaged and just basically reheated, placed on a plate, and thrown in front of you.

While we don't go to church, if we're out on a weekend morning, we like Gillwoods, Buckhorn, or Mrs. McDonald's for brunch. Sometimes ABC Bakery. All in Napa.

If you have the whole family with you, buffets are best. We go to Piccadilly Cafeteria or Morrisons cafeteria.
Lots of choices, instant gratification and good prices.
