The Great Escape (with Steve McQueen) - I love historical movies and this one was set during what I think was a very interesting part of history - WWII. I watch it whenever it's on AMC so probably around 25 or 30 times.

A Christmas Story would be the other - I'll never get tired of it. I triple dog dare you to watch it without laughing out loud - it's hilarious! I've seen this way too many times to count - during TBS's 24 hours of A Christmas Story, I'm usually watching it for at least 6 of those hours AND I have it on DVD (new this year since I wore out my VHS version).

It used to be Pitch Black with Vin Diesel. i just loved it. I've seen it for about 20-30 times. now it's Secret Window and Pirates of the Caribbean - both parts. Actually, my favorite movie changes from time to time, but once it's my favorite, i can watch it all the time... 24/7.
