Arabish is a combination of English and Arabic, or the process of writing English words in Arabic letters. "Nada" means "nothing" in Spanish, but is often used with "de" as a form of "you're welcome." So I'll guess that arabishnada means that there's nothing to speaking/writing Arabish, that it's easy to do.

It's a pretty word, whatever it means--I hope you'll give the actual answer later--I'm going to check back and see!
