depending on the state in which you live, that could be illegal. I'd call local police department and inquire.

Call the police, what the girl is doing is child molesting.
Anyone 18 or older may date a 16 or 17 year old but may not have sex with them, if they do so it is statutory rape and it holds a 5-20 year jail sentence and when they get out they must register as a sex offender.
Anyone 18 or over may not date anyone 15 or younger or have sex with them. If they do have sex with anyone 15 or younger it is child molesting and carries a 5-20 year jail sentence and when they get out they must register as a sex offender.
MM&FF I do nto think you have any right to tell this woman what to do or give any advice to her, you are a 17 year old kid and have no right to tell an adult what to do about there child. Just because your mom does not report your girlfriend does not mean a neighbor or a friend can't. ..
The diffrence between this womens son and you is that by law you can date a girl 18 or older but may not have sex with her, weather this 15 year old is having sex with this girl or not it is against the law.

First before calling the police, maybe you should talk to your son and tell him how inappropriate you think it is. I'm sure he is consenting to having sex with this girl. You should let him know that it is a crime and that she could get into a lot of trouble over it. Just try to reinforce how ILLEGAL it is. And if that doesn't work, try to keep them separated. After that if it is still a problem then it is time to get the police involved.
But before I went that far I would have a conversation with both of them and tell him that if he really wants to be with her then he needs to wait until he is of age.

Why do these kids know about sex so young? It wasn't even an option around my household to think about it. But, since it's happening, I would tell her to stay away from my son altogether if she doesn't want to be charged with statutory rape. That is too big of an age difference at such a young age and what's wrong with her that she can't find someone her own age? I would tell her to back off and if she doesnt, I would call the cops and get her busted.

Anyone who said call the cops is CRAZY. Kids have sex it is not abnormal in todays society! The fact that she is 18 almost 19 (she is still a kid) and it takes two to tango your son is doing it willingly. My brother had sex at 15 and most of his friends already had sex so it is not abnormal. If the girlfriend was his teacher at school I would call the cops but it is his girlfriend, correct? How long have they been dating. You could sit them down or call her parents if you want it to stop.

Don't be a gay mom. My mom threatened to do that to me. I'm 17 and my girlfriend is 18 and apparently thats still illegal.
Talk to them first. Make sure they really ARE having sex and this isn't just a hunch. The worst thing you could do is get his girlfriend in trouble with cops.
a) your son will hate you forever
b) your son will probably do something stupid

I would sit the two of them down. Let them know you do not approves of their actions and if it continues you will press the matter by filing charges. In most states either member of the opposite sex being three months or more older is consider unlawful sex with a minor and or statutory RAPE. IF and when convicted you become a registered sex offender and have to let your neighbors know every where you move to. Most 18 going on 19 year olds would not want that. Also let her know she can face jail and or prison time. It is a serious offense and she will have to put it on job applications. Good luck with the situation and hopefully talking with them will clear things up instead of bringing in the law.

You really need to sit the two kids down and have a mature discussion with the two of them. Don't freak them out, don't try to scare them. Hopefully this girl is mature enough to realize the consequences of her actions.
This kid's probably going to go to college anyway, and you'll never hear from her again.

I would talk to them. If he's consenting it would be illogical to call the cops on her if it's your son doing the banging!
