Oh goodie a test. here goes

1) The Senate
2) "Any powers not specifically reserved for the federal government but not prohibited by the constitution is reserved for the states respectively." (paraphrased 10 amendment I think give or take its somewhere in that vicinity.)
3) Ack brain fart, so my scientific wild *ss guess is the supreme court.
4) A Direct Democracy is where the people as a whole literally vote on each issue as apposed to a Republic where the elected officials vote on the issues or make the decisions out right depending on the legality of the situation.
5) The electoral college comprised of the total number of representatives and senators for each state. The members of this electoral college is appointed by the executive authority of each state respectively and cast their vote.
6) If a federal judge that has been removed is found to have committed crimes against the country he/she may be tried for treason or other crimes. If he/she has not yet been removed then he/she first must be impeached tried in the senate and if convicted removed before being tried as a criminal.
7) This question is the same as number 5 and therefore has the same answer.
8) By interpreting the laws made by either branch and can declare them unconstitutional by abolishing the law entirely. It should be noted that an executive order is a law for all intents and purposes. The Judicial system has the power of change or overrule any laws within its jurisdiction.
9) A majority action can be any action decided upon by congress or a ballot initiative passed in any state by the voters of the same. Or any action taken by a direct democracy after a vote.
10) By mixed economy we are a capitalist economy with socialist tendencies, some aspects of the economy is regulated by the government.
11) By gives I assume you mean reserves for it self. I am not aware of any powers that it gives. But some of the powers that the government reserves are as follows: levy taxes, make any laws or inferior courts that may in their opinion deem proper, declare war, conclude peace, raise armies, provide and maintain a navy, etc.

I swear that all answers given are completely off the top of my head and I in no way researched the answers given. I also assume no responsibility for the accuracy of the answers in case they are used to cheat on a real test given by a teacher at any school and taken by any student who may read these questions and subsequent answers to the same.
