start menu -> my computer.. right click -> properties on any of the drives shown in that window and itll tell you how much space there is on it.

If you're running Windows XP, go to the Accessories menu, then System Tools, then System Information.

On the opening screen, you will see "Total Physical Memory". That's the amount of RAM your computer has.

Next, click on the plus sign to the left of Compoents, then Storage, then click on Drives. You will see each of your drives listed, along with their total size and free space.
