My soon to be ex-wife has a extremly limited fixed income and needs to find kind of program to help pay for a assisted living facility. She needs to find something asap.
She is 58 years old, and uses a walker to get around. Somewhere near Edmonds or Lynnwood Wa would be Idel.

Here are some good sources to start your search. The 3rd one especially looks like it would be very helpful. It lists all the services each home provides, as well as related costs, etc.

She might also look into getting qualified for Medicaid and Medicare. Medicare won't pay for assisted living expenses, but Medicaid does.

There are services for this. Try contacting the Department of Human Services for your State. They may help or know who you contact.
