Sure. You would be supposing that the behaviors here would mean the relative confortability of the surroundings and the ewather, for instance, the weather could be rainig or sunshine, and you would be different on a rainy day, and on a sunshinnnnneeeee day, you be ecclectic.

Remember ultraviolet radiation is around us the whole time, especially so when the sun itself is shining. Ultraviolet light is a naturally occurring wavelength of light within the electromagtic radiation spectrum. Its only that human eyesight cannot perceive ultraviolet light wavelengths most of the time.
**If ultraviolet light did have a bad (negative effect/s) effects on humans you can be sure we would all know about it bye now.

Directly no. Ultraviolet helps your body make vitamin D which keeps you healthy. UV also causes your skin to tan and burn, so if you get a bad sunburn, I suppose your cranky behavior was caused by UV.
