I'm in high school and I'm thinking about becoming a fashion designer someday. How would I go about this?

Take design classes in high school...things like Art Tech, Fund. of Art, etc.
Seek a design college like NYU, and ask them for an information packet. They can help you know what classes you should be taking and what classes you need to take.

besides gift, it takes years of learning at some good fashion&design academy, and hands on experinece in a designers house ...

take art classes so u can sketch out designs, make sure u can sew really good, if there a class like home ec that does sewing take that calss too. good luck!

study all the hottest looks in magazines and i watch what not to wear. on TLC. you can also go to the website. and take the quiz to see if you know fashion.
