Taking your pill with a caffeinated soda will definitely not affect your birth control pill. I am 100% positive of this. However, it is important to remember that no birth control pill is 100% effective. :-)

No, it shouldn't. The only thing that I know of that affects a birth control pill is an antibiotic. However, I would suggest you read the instruction manual that comes with it to be sure.
