I must admit I do love all the American accents.On a whole I find Americans great people,very generous and open.Of course as with any country there are good and bad,I have been lucky in that any Americans I have spoken to or met seem very nice people.I do detest American politicians though,however I don't think much of ours in the UK either. :)

People overseas generally do like Americans -- what they don't like is the U.S. governments foreign policy and the people who blindly follow it.
Americans are known for being friendly and lively, as well as providing a huge amount of entertainment. People like these things about Americans until they start saying that everyone else is jealous of them or that the rest of the world wants to be like them. When Americans start saying those things, that really REALLY irritates people.
Yes, there is a way to be proud of your nationality without having to put others down.

I like you. Though I get the impression that some Americans are too concerned with their way of life and don't wish to know about other cultures - so they miss out on things because of the belief that everything American is best.
Not all of them of course. Americans invented the home PC, the iPod and aerosol cheese.

I have know quite a few Americans , i have found most of them open honest inteligent fun loving and dam good company , you may have guessed that i have many American friends , all of them stay in touch even though i havn,t seen some of them for years

Your reputation is falling, you are full of problems, some of you are destroyed by pride, selfishness, greed, some of you decide to worship revenge, some of you believe image means much more than real contribution, some of you like fame, money, fast cars, power... some of you suffer, some of you live poor, some of you devote their lives to God, some of you protects their souls from temptation, some of you fight for good... Some of you must change to make your reputation better...
You are diffrent from other nations, but not too much.
God will juge you, but you can prepare yourself by your own juge of conscience to make it better in future than I predict.

i love americans i hate americans, hey you guys are no different to anyone else! i love some people i really dont like some people! its just human nature, you reallly cant like everyone!!! you cannot judge a whole country by a few individuals, be them celebs or politians!

I like most Americans , just like I like most people. But their are jerks in every country. Some tend to be arrogant and nobody likes that.
