Without the chart next to me, I seem to remember that the depth at the breakwater, one mile out, is 10 - 12 metres and it shallows steadily to a couple of metres where the sunset cruise boat comes into Baywalk next to the Yacht Club.

Tequila Mike is pretty much on the money. At the breakwall the bay is about 25 - 30 ft., right on Baywalk it is about 6 ft in most spots, but actually slopes right up to water level across from Quirino Av and at the other end near the US Embassy. Most of the bay isn't much deeper than 60ft until you get near Corregidor Isalnd.
