Yes, its true that this is a dangerous and growing trend among males. Apparently at the time of orgasm if you cut off your air supply you experience an orgasm supposedly 500 times greater than a normal orgasm. The trick is to stay alive. No I'm not making it up, this is a serious form of auto-eroticism that parents and teenagers need to be educated about.
