Really we can stopped corruptions not by imposing punishment who is taking corruption, but by giving punishment to those who are giving corruptions, because it not the mistakes once who take but the mistake of one who gave, if the person giving corruptions stopped, automatically corruptions will stopped, not one should do this but each one us should do this and get the work done without giving corruptions.

At first make a law of Higest punnishment for curruption. In our India there is currupted people work in anticurruption buro it is fact. So Noncurrupted peoples get in the department. Take test. In india on all T.V. channels show the clips of punished currupted people or officers. Their life after anticurruption trap or case. Some films like kala bazar. It is highly required to make a anticurruption buro free from currupted people.

a very good question .i am glad to see such questions.
in india the stems of corruption are everywhere.the only way to end the corruption is to kill it from the root level.
so we ourselves have to stop bribing or stop encouraging corruption.
depending on government bodies like ACB(anti corrution beurau)for removal of corruption is not a good option as most of these officers are corrupted too.so the movement against corruptin should start with our foot.
