Yes it can, I didnt show up in home tests and blood tests until my mom was 5 months along, you could always go get a pelvic exam, that should work,

Only in very uncommon cases..For your pregnancy to be viable u need to have a certain amount of the pregnancy hormone in your system and the tests they have on the market now are very sensitive in detecting even the slightest amount..If you do the test correctly the way it reads on the package then u should definitely get a true positive or negative result.

I have had four children (1 now resides in heaven lost at birth) and two of the pregnancies didn't show up in the urine test not even at the doctors office they then ran blood work after he questioned my internal exam I came up pregnant. My doctor said sometimes the horomone doesn't show up till later and it could be just stress too that doesn't allow it to show up I now have three healthy children.

Yes it can, the best way to get an accurate result is to go to the Dr. and they can do a blood test, ultrasound, trans-vaginal ultrasound and give you all the answers to your medical questions, IE. why its so hard for the hormones to show up in your urine tests. Good luck to you, and best of health.
