I don't buy cds anymore. I use itunes (.99 cents per song) so i only select the songs I like. That way I don't pay $15 + for only one or two good songs. You can buy complete albums there too. I hope this helps you. I think walmart even sells them for .88 cents a song.

try circuitcity.com and target.com. They have the cheapest cds on the market unless you want to buy bootleg cds which are sold in the street.

Have you ever looked on overstock.com? they might have cheap cd's there.
