Goto the Yahoo website and download the Yahoo taskbar from there.
And go to the store and get yourself a new keyboard: it seems the caps Lock got stuck on your old one... :)

Oh, you may want to right click up in your tool bar area, and see if it is just not being displayed. If you see it in the list, make sure there is a check near it.
Also, make sure that you do not "Lock toolbar" Sometimes that will make them hidden.

It might still be there somewhere, if it not after a good search then download yahoo tool bar again. easy. good luck

install Yahoo messenger and you will be given the option to install the toolbar.
