I watched coneheads for the first time last night and found it really funny. My question is have you recently watched an old film for the first time and found it great viewing and what was the film?

"Chinatown", I always read references to it (1974) and when I saw it it lived up to every praise put on it. Worth renting or buying. More recent movie, "Muriel's Wedding" my sister kept saying I needed to see it, and I found it at Target for 5 bucks!!!! It was worth the 5 bucks!

I recently watched "The Mansion." It was a really funny movie about a couple who bought a mansion that looked nice but turned out to be a disaster. Coneheads is a good movie also.

I don't like most older movies, but Coneheads is pretty funny, I agree.

The thing about Coneheads that winds me up is when they refer to eggs as chicken embryos. They're not chicken embryos unless they're fertile, so most eggs for human consumption are just eggs, not chicken embryos. Sorry, but that winds me up! I don't watch many films though, sometimes they don't get my attention and I just can't get into them. I'm more into games (PS2).

I do not have many dvd,s i only have films i watch again and again.If i want a laugh i watch Groundhog Day, Planes Trains and Automobiles,Tommy Boy,Uncle Buck etc and a new film to add to that is School of Rock.

ofcourse, I love old movies, they remind me of being a kid, some of my favorite classics are home alone, the breakfast club, 16 candles, step mom, jumangi, it takes 2, & many more
