Should the United Nations Security Council be reformed so that no country has a veto power?

I believe that would be the only way to ensure that the superpower does not abuse its power. What's your view?

Yes, I agree that no country should have veto power. I think the system has been abused and have given the priviledge few too much power over other countries. I also think the notion of your previous answerer to be rediculous ( giving china and russia veto power to prevent war) . No country is that trigger happy. Yes i said that regardless of the so called rhetoric you hear about Iran. I think the answers to world issues should be done diplomatically and by talking. I think the first thing they can do is to put the Palestinians and the Israelites issue on the table (diplomatically)

I agree. Veto power is a form of feodalism that constantly being practiced in the UN Security Council.

There will be no more need for veto, and there will be no more need for permanent member of the security council. All nations must have the same right to seat in the UN Security Council without any pressure from any larger or stronger nations.
