Trust me, I like conspiracy theories, but...
-Pats win it in 2001, after 9/11
Ok...well, that one I want to agree on, but in reality, the Rams were outplayed and the Giants, Jets, or Redskins should've won the Super Bowl then, since they were the ones affected by 9/11 the most.
-Texans pass on Reggie Bush, Saints pick him up.
No, Charlie Casserly is just a moron GM
-Saints beat the Eagles last night, completely fixed. Saints go to the playoffs after being the worst team just one year ago. A new
QB and a ROOKIE HB does not fix that problem so fast.
No, the Saints have an awesome 1-2 punch of Deuce and Reggie Bush. Drew Brees knows how to spread the ball around. And anyway, it's the Eagles, did you REALLY think they were going to the Super Bowl?
-Shiny ball on Cowboys FG against the Seahawks
Those shiny footballs are called K-balls and they're used league wide. A lot of teams have complained about it but the NFL started implementing them because they thought teams were doing things to the footballs to make them travel farther on kicks. I guess Tony RomoMANIA has come crashing back to Earth now.
-Steelers winning the Superbowl in 05.
There's a first time for anything. Well, fifth time for the Steelers, but first time a No.6 seed won it. That's what they play the games for.

Your acting as if there is some kind of Conspiracy theory in the NFL. Honestly, your looking to much into these situations. I think you need to just sit back, watch the games, and enjoy them. Now for some explanations:
-The patriots WERE the best team in 2001, not to mention they won on a field goal in the last seconds.
-The saints pass on reggie bush because they didn't feel as if he could help their team as much as Mario Williams. Why? Honestly, I thought it was in their best interest to pick up Reggie, but at the time they already had a good core of half backs led by Dominick Davis. And in a situation like that, it would only add another play to a stable group. So in the eyes of their organization, they go with who they thought was the better fit for their team.
- the saints also have this thing called a new Head Coach. Sean Payton has completely changed everything about Saints football. Not to mention with the help of Reggie Bush and Drew Brees and a completely re-built defense. Also it helps a lot to have a pounding back like McAllister and be able to place Reggie Bush all over the field at positions like Wide Out and Wingback, a slot receiver , and even as a change of pace back for when deuce needs a blow
-Shiny ball? What are you talking about. Romo botched the play. He lost control of the ball. That stuff happens. Why in the world would he honestly botch the ball on purpose. That makes no sense, especially because this the first time he's ever made the playoffs and this is the first season he's been given a chance as the starting QB in Dallas. Why blow all that on throwing a football game. Fat chance this game was fixed.
-The steelers won the Superbowl last year because they had a great team that played together and played for each other. Why don't you go tell Jerome Bettis you think it was fixed and see what he has to say about it.

I am in complete agreement. I think it is a complete Sham. The eagles torched the Saints secondary, and had numerous more opportunities to take advantage but the balls where way overthrown, thrown into the ground or they were dropped (especially the Westbrook passes.
I do not believe that the NFL is fixed every year just this year Pats are a dynasty just like the Steelers of the 70's, romo botched the play no fix there, steelers last year got hot at the right time.
This season is fixed and I believe that it is being done to fix economic issues in the Greater N.O. Area and to keep the team in that market (see below), that's why the Texans passed on Bush, pressure from the league, (why they didn't trade down and make the saints give up a pick I will never understand, they probably could have traded down to 5 and still picked up mario williams) the Saints have revitalized the city and a super bowl wins solidifies that team in that market (how quickly we forget the owner planned to move the team to San Antonio even prior to Katrina).

Obviously you don't know a thing about football!! The game is not fixed. Teams are on a even playing field, it is because of free agency. Teams are in playoffs one year and don't make it the next year all the time!
Or you just bitter because your team lost in the playoffs????
Patriots won Super Bowl in 2001 because of their coaching and players.
Texans passed on Reggie Bush because they, for whatever reason, wanted to get a defensive player. Saints picked him up because he was the best player in the draft and made an immediate impact.
How was the Eagles/Saints game fixed???? There was no controversial call or play that gave the Saints the win!
Shiny ball on Cowboys/Seahawks game because of league rules. They have a total of 40 (if I'm not mistaken) balls for a game. Whenever they have a field goal or PAT attempt, they get a new ball (one that wasn't used before). Teams have some time to wipe all the balls before the game starts; there is talk that that 30 minutes is not enough to wipe all the balls down before a game.
Steelers won the SuperBowl last year because they got on a roll in the playoffs and beat teams that no one expected them too. Because of their coaching and players!

????????? Wow that is an interesting concept!!!!
Perhaps the Patriots won 3 Super Bowls because.....They are a good team???
The Texans might have passed on Bush because...After talks with his agent they deemed him unsignable????
The Saints won because they were the better team....parity has seen the rapid rise and fall of many a team!!!!
Maybe Romo just made a mistake...Lord knows that this has never happened before!!!! Oh yea....maybe even T.O. is in on this one with the NFL...he did "drop" a couple of key passes....I always knew he was an evil man!!!!!!!!
Never seen a team get on a roll before...Steelers had talent and a rookie QB that took time to jell.....Wait.....I just realized that MLB has joined the conspiracy...How else can one explain the Cardinals World Series win after barely going .500 during the regular season!!!!!!!!!
Maybe you can do me a favor and call the league offices....I am living in Lion country and we need a conspiracy here too....after all with all the Ford Motor Company ads that supplement the NFL coffers us Lion fans should expect the league to "fix" the Lions for at least one year and give use some hope. Thank you and i will get on the phone right away making plans to witness the impossible next year when you have convinced the NFL to "arrange" a Super Bowl victory for all the long time suffering Lion fans!!!!!!

NO!!!
1. Pats also won two out of the next three Super Bowls
2. The Texans thought they could rely on Dominic Davis, so they thought they diddn't need Bush, the Saints drafted him because Sean Payton uses trick plays and who better to use on trick plays than Reggie Bush?
3.It's not ALL about Brees and Bush. They remodelled more than HALF their roster, plus they were missing Duece Mcalister last year, that guy was INSANE last night. They sucked last year cause they had no REAL hoome games, they had more important things to think about.
4.ALL ballls that kickers use are shiny.
5.There were bad calls against BOTH teams in the Super Bowl, watch the game.

No I think the texans just thought that taking a heisman winner or a player that has lots of hype might be bad luck like a Ryan leaf situation.
The saints had already beaten the eagles back in week 4.
Steelers won because they had gone 15-1 the prior year so everybody knew they had it in them.
Pats won because of bill belicheck and his defensive mind plus he had good defensive players who else could have stopped the rams.
As far as the shiny ball look back on the bengals in denver botched snap and the bengals lose. It happens!
So the only explanation is that you are full of it.

Well let's see its the players that play harder and the Texans passing on Reggie Bush was their mistake and the Saints fortune. Believe me nothing is fixed in the NFL. Its just that the best teams are the one's that are playing harder in the playoffs. The cowboys lost because Tony Romo didn't get the ball set in time. His mistake and not a Fix! You believe in the Astronaunts never landing on the moon don't you!

Hey I know how the Eagles could go to the Superbowl. They could dress in the Saints uniform, but they would lose and then we Saints fans could say "O The Saints threw the game" And as for everyone who says the Saints can't beat the AFC teams, they beat Dallas who beat the undefeated Colts who beat the Ravens which was the most dangerous team out there. Since everyone is being stupid with this fixing up the games BULL, I though I would step down to your levels -and have a little fun rubbing it in a little. Thanks for the laugh.
