Like my question says, which router and notebook adapter set would be better for wireless networking, at far ranges, without getting disconnected often? Would Wireless-B (802.11b) or Wireless-G (802.11g) be better? Because I have a Wireless-B notebook adapter and router, and even if I'm right beside the router with my laptop and wireless card, I still have no connection! That's SAD!! So, if anyone can solvemy problem or recommend something for this, please do, thanks.

what flavor to use really depends on the operating environment. for the home either 802.11 b or g is fine.

if you can't connect and you are right by the wireless router something is not setup correctly...
