Hello. I had a Sprint Phone since July-August. The Phone is this one-((Motorola C290)) http://www.cellphonestalk.com/cellphonereviews/motorola/c290/motorola-c290-sideflip.jpg

Has anyone else had problems with it? Because i have had many
problems with mine. and just yesterday it died out and wont turn on. I charged it for 20 hours and it still doesnt work. I dont have much money to spare, so i cant buy a new phone. Do you think that Sprint can do somthing about this? Like give me a new phone?

if you have had the phn less than 1 yr then u still have a manafacturer's warranty. since we no longer make this phn u would get one comparable, probally the cdm 120. you need to go to a sprint store to determine if still under warranty or if it has been voided. or if u have tep then u can pay the $50 ded and will get a new phn from Asurion.

You are under warranty for one year from your purchase date. If you carry insurance (which everyone should) and the warranty is void (water damage, being dropped etc) then you are covered. Warranty work is free however and you should always make that your first option.
