The disks that I am in MAJOR need of has the necessary software for the drivers, devices and components already installed on my laptop. I bought this used..real cheap...with no disks included...due to a house fire.
My laptop is a DELL LATITUDE 110L...I contacted Dell and gave them my service tag number and model, but b/c the laptop still shows someone else as the owner...they can't help me...and the girl I got it from moved out of state. If anyone can help...please reach out!! Thank you.

Go to dell site and navigate to the download and support area. Locate the model of your laptop and download the necessary drivers you are looking for. Everything is there at the website. You just need to find them.

Dell doesn't know if laptop is stolen or not... so unless the original owner gave all their private info...to you then your out of luck! If you have their address have her write to them directly and verify that she sold it to you. Then and only then will Dell or any other company be willing to provide you with the info. That is why the laptop is so cheap, without the software and the disc it's worthless. Too bad Have u tried to contact another Dell Latitude 110L user in your area? Maybe their disc can help u? But I thought each disk is individual to the computer even laptop!
