Entering your code twice should reset it, sounds like the battery or batteries are flat or missing, otherwise it would have held off for a lot longer and would not have triggered an alarm. You could also try 0123 or 1234 in case its reset to factory settings?

If it's monitored it will require an engineer reset, you will have to contact your monitoring/alarm company for this, or be given an anticode.

Are you sure it's not an Accenta (without the 'R')

I have no idea which alarm it is... or what it is guarding, but does it have a reset button, the kind you have to push with a pin?
