The largest sperm, comes from Drosophila bifurca (a fruit fly) approaching 6 cm in length.
The largest mammal sperm measured so far is the Rat 170 microns long.
All other sperm samples measured so far are much smaller, including various whales.

the physical size of an animal has no bearing on the size of an idividual cell. As far as i know, the only sperm vissible to the naked eye is that of the fruit fly; it's 5cm long but is coiled up around itself.

I don't know how big they are. As far I know, the sperm would be zillion times tinier than their ovum. Good question tough.
