we wouldnt know you men have tried it and failed even if we did have a chance to take over we really couldnt hurt you guys have done it already

Surely a woman young enough to have PMS wouldn't get elected - so a menopausal woman (50ish +) wouldn't face that question.

Yes, I do. Women are just as "great" as men. PMS isn't a disabling feature and not all women suffer from it.
