imagine you have a friend who listens to the same record over and over, would you call him/her a 'broken record', the record a 'broken record', or the whole situation a 'broken record'?

remember it's just a random thought

guess you never heard of the woman in the UK who listenend to the W. Housten song " I Will Always Love You" ALL day long from morning to late at night. Her neighbour(s) got so tired of it they sued her. So maybe it more then just being a broken record.
