Getting up early is really a state of mind. Right before you go to bed, think about all the cool things that are going to happen tomorrow. Even if there is really nothing interesting happening, just think, "I WILL have a great day tomorrow!".
Set your alarm, an hour earlier than you planned, studies show, the earlier you wake up the more aware you will be. But, not to early,if you wake up at 5AM,set it for 4:45AM, and then work from there. But if you are to wake a 6, come on, 6?Wake up at 5!You might have some time for a good breakfast.
Go to bed a little earlier, don't party until 3AM, and then expect to feel good the next morning. The average human needs at least 6-8 hours of sleep!
Sweet Dreams,and Good Morning!

1. Old Fashioned Answer
Bump your head up and down on your pillow and say out loud to yourself " I will wake up at xx o'clock" this must be done 8 times.
2. New Medical Supplement Answer
Take some Melatonin tabs two hours before you must sleep, so to sleep well you need the average 8 hours, so take two tabs 10 hours before you need to wake up. Melatonin helps regulate the hormaonal sleep cycle and is more of a natural drug than sleeping pills.
3. Traditional Answer for Modern Life
If you are an insomniac or a night owl, you can also try to soak feet in warm water, have a hot bath, drink some hot milk (with a knob of butter in it for extra sleepiness) and avoid the internet, )no Yahoo Answer at bedtime!) conversation or television for an hour or two before sleep.
4. New Age Psychology Answer
Listen to your subconscious. The part of your personality that says at night " I want to / I will wake up at xx o'clock" is different from the part of your personality that hears (or doesnt want to hear) your alarm clock/s in the morning.
So get to know what your subconscious really wants. Perhaps it doesnt want to do the thing you think you must do in the morning.
Listen then to why it doesnt want. Then also listen to the other part that wants to wake up early.
Yes, you have two separate personalities inside - as does everyone. If they are fighting against each other then there is little harmony in your life. So like in a relationship counseling - let both sides speak out their desires and needs. Then they will begin to listen to each other and a harmony can come about.
If you cannot manage this alone find a psychologist or counselor who works with Gestalt Therapy or Voice Dialogue
5. Alarm Clock Answer (that does not really work longer than a couple of days)
Set three alarm clocks 10 minutes difference from each other, one close to your bed, the 2nd further away where you have to reach to, 3rd on other side of bedroom, so you must get out of bed to turn it off.
6. Dependency Answer (that wil surely end the friendship)
Have a dedicated friend phone you to wake you up and then phone you again after 20 mins to check

Go to bed earlier, and get an alarm.
Be sure to go to bed at the same time every night even if you don't have to get up early. Gets your body into a routine.

I have the hardest time getting up when the alarm clock goes off but experts say that you do have a sort of internal clock. The best way to get up early is to "train" your body. Start by setting a specific time to go to bed every night. A routing before bed is always good. . . me?. . .I always wash up and brush my teeth before bed then read a chapter in one of my books or a magazine for about 15 minutes.

The most important part is to wake up at the same time everyday. Eventually your body will get used to the routine you have set it to and you may even find yourself waking before your alarm clock goes off. It'll become a habit.

Just remember to wake up at the same time even if you don't HAVE to be up for work or school.

Good luck. . .I know I'm a habitual "snoozer" with the alarm clock but I have set myself to wake up at the same time everyday and it works wonders.

Go to bed early! But other that than, once you get up, eat a mint. The flavour or mint keeps you alert.

Are you pregnant? If so, you will get uncomfortable and if you are anything like me you won't really get any sleep. Then your baby will come and you will never have trouble getting up early again

Go to bed early , light dinner, do not bother anyone during the day: do not make troubles with any one, seek divine help , ask somebody else to call you or just give you a ring.
