your only going to lose weight if you do 2 things which are not easy but can be done. eat less each setting and less often even fasting for 24 wont hurt you. I have done it for years. Hungry eat very small amount of food and wait hunger will dissapear. 2nd thing is pure exercise will actually help you curb your appitite and you'll sleep more. another factor in weight loss. no pills needed or special diets. eat what you like just a lot less and less often.

That depends. Are you going to eat a low calorie diet, exercise daily and drink plenty of water? If yes, then yes. Good luck,dear. (Then the thumbs down. Next time shake your Magic 8 Ball. You'll get the same results if not better.)
