There are hormones that can be prescribed only by your doctor. Nothing OTC is going to work. Many times, prescribed medication does not work. Your best option may be to have tissue removed surgically and the chest recontsructed. This gives the best results.

The problem usually is caused by a pharmaceutical.... so stop it. Otherwise, it might just be a case of caloric excess.
