x^2-49y^2/6x^2+42xy divided by (x^2-7xy)
is like:..

x^2-49y^2/6x^2+42xy *1 /(x^2-7xy)
'coz when you divide... you just multiply the dividend with the reciprocal of the divisor...>.<

and then factor and look for stuff you can cancel

=(x-7y)(x+7y)/ 6x(x+7xy) *1/ x(x-7y)---> do cancellation
=1/6x²

(X^2-49Y^2)/(6x^2+42xy)(x^2-7xy)
(x+7y)(x-7y)/6x(x+7y)x(x-7y)
delete now (x+7y) and (x-7y) and
1/6X^2
that's your answer
