wow.youre one tough costumer.but considering that a lot of cab drivers can be vultures, i understand. lol
okay, here's what you do.walk a considerable distance from the airport arrival area and youll be standing on an avenue.public utility vehicles or jeepneys traverse this area.youll see them waving signboards that diplay their destinations. youre going to have to choose a ride that says "MRT or TAFT"fare? p7.00.
next, board a bus that displays the sign: ORTIGAS ILALIM.
aircon fare? around p13-p15. ordinary? p10-p12.
go down the bus and voila! youve reached Ortigas.now walk another short distance along ortigas avenue and youll see jeepneys again lining up. read their signboards and youll see them sporting the ORTIGAS CENTER signage. and there you have it!for a mere 20 bucks as against a taxi cab's (oh lets be kind) p120, youve reached your destination with a minimum of cost and a moderate amount of legwork.
enjoy and keep safe!!!

Ride a bus, just ask any airport personnel where is the bus stop. Most of the bus at the airport pass through EDSA. You either ask the driver to drop you by at SM Megamall or Robinsons Galleria. Then have a short walk to Ortigas Center.

Upon exit at NAIA, go to the right side of the terminal up to the road area. Take a bus that has sign Cubao or Monumento, it will pass to Ortigas. Just mention to the conductor to get you down in Ortigas. The fare i think is around P15 or P18, im not sure.

Forget it!
This is one of the few countries in Asia which does not have a clean, efficient air-con bus service running to various sections of the metropolis.
Manila airport is, as far as I'm concerned, the most difficult airport I've ever been to, to escape from, and forget about meeting anyone, it's a nightmare of pushing, noisy people all screaming names out from behind the car park fence.
Just get in a cab and get ripped off like everyone else does, it's only a 15 minute ride to Ermita or Makati.
Knock the 'limo' service girls in the airport down to 300 pesos for the ride and you'll only be paying 4 times the correct meter price.
You will normally be safe in these cabs though.

Don't be foolish. Take the taxi, specifically the official airport taxi. So what if the fare ends up being a relatively steep 10-15 dollars? Would you rather pay with your luggage, jewelry, dignity or your life--when you get mugged while foolishly trying to take a jeepney or bus with heavy suitcases in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar land?

Ride a bus and make sure it says Ortigas Ibabaw on it. Be careful with your belongings and don't put your money in obvious places. Don't trust anyone.

Simple..just walk away from the airport about 200 meters away. There are aircon buses going to that route..MIA-Fairview, MIA-Monumento, ask the people there. All that buses uses Edsa route. Ask the driver to drop you off SM megamall or Robinsons Galeria..
