I'm a Capricorn and my bf is taurus 7 years my senior... and I can proudly say that I have found my match who challenges my intellect ( which i find totally a turn on) and also be a tender bull....sweet and perservering enough to melt my hidden self. Yup we both have our disagreements and especially so since both of us are very strong headed but to me thats where the chemistry belies. It only gets better each day. I am a Taurus, and I have had nothing but problems with Capricorns. They seem totally incapable of giving a straight answer to anything. They are also prone to complete shutdown when they get stressed. Not a good match!

For what I remember about astrology, both Capricorn and Taurus are earth signs, and as earth signs, both tends to be very consistent and persistent, therefore they are very compatible.

They are both very strong signs. That could argue quite a bit. Also they both need a lot of space for them selves. On the other hand they are very loyal to each other, but could also get stuck in a situation they don't like just because is rather that than having to change lifestyle again.
To work well together, one has to be giveing a bit more than the other.
