Don't eat meat. The kinds of fats found in meat clog your arteries, and the hormones they give to meat animals mess up your own hormones. Obviously, don't smoke. Have one or two alcoholic drinks a day to increase your good cholesterol (but drinking more than two is worse than none). Enjoy your life; grumpy people generally don't have a healthy life. Petting a cat or dog lowers blood pressure (unless you're allergic to the animal).

Keep working out at the gym. Keep up with the cardio if nothing else, and eat a low fat diet, avoid smoking and drinking excessively. Also don't add to much salt to your food during the cooking process or when eating it.

first off stop all junk food yes all, and no soda at all
just water, milk and some beer ( yes they say one or two beers a day help keep the heart healthy)
and walk or run for a long period of time, or stuff like the stair stepper or swim laps, but you have to get your heart rate up enough long enough in the range for your age to do it any benefits
and keep up working out
and drink a lot of water a day, like at least 8 - 8oz glasses of water

If you really think about it, there is nothing anyone can do to ensure their hearts stay healthy, or do anything to lengthen your life longevity. Have you never heard stories of athletic people who for no reason just drops dead? Autopsies show no apparent pathology? Just live your life normally and don't worry about what can happen. There are many many factors beyond your control. If you woory so much about dying, you will have no time for living.
