Some questions need to be in all capitals as either a strong statement or a warning label.

I am beginning to think that the leaders of Yahoo! Answers all went to Catholic Schools.

I remember in the past that many people got upset about caps in questions...they thought the asker was "yelling at them". I suppose ALL CAPS became politically incorrect on Answers. *sigh*
