Str8 acting ? By "like" I mean "attracted" to. I'm St8 acting as well. Is this because I like sex with gym guys and muscle types as well? Oh, and I always get a guy who wears baseball caps - why? Is this a gay fetish category.

I HATE the words "Straight acting". It is a totally meaningless label.

If you want to say masculine then say it.

Calling masculine gay men straight acting makes it sound fake...like we all know gays are limp wristed little nellies, but look...he ACTS straight, how cute!

It also implies that straight men are somehow better than gay men...they aren't.

In this respect gay guys are just like straight guys- some are attracted to those that are taller, shorter, more or less aggressive, more effeminate, hairy or smooth. It just is, maybe it's genetic like being gay in the first place, maybe it's a product of your life experience, or maybe some of each.

As for the baseball cap thing... probably just goes with the gym guy category. Though I'm sure that for some it's a fetish, just because you think it makes a guy look cute doesn't mean you have a "fetish" any more than I have a lycra fetish because I like the way a fit guy looks when he's wearing them.

So you are saying that you like men who have good bodies, and don't stand out, but just are good looking? well this is not really hard to understand. You are saying "st8 acting" I assume this means that you believe there are men who are "gay acting". Personally I have found that the vast majority of gay men try to just be them selves and don't try to "act" any way.
However, I will concede the idea that some gay men are more effeminate. Maybe this type of personality lacks a strength that you are looking for? Consider that

as you know there is a difference between straight and straight acting,,what you are saying is you are into very masculine ,en who don't fit into the typical effeminate roles in the gay community ,,i understand this because i am the same way ,,i will not date or have sex with anyone who not masculine or doesn't take care of they're body..but i also don't like masculine men to be to control ether. i last 5 boyfriends are cops the masculine image is there but they can be very controlling and i am not a total bottom. its rough . but i do understand what you are saying we are out there

Effeminate acting men seem a) embarrassing to you [lest you should be associated as effeminate yourself] or 2) feminine acting, which does not appeal to you because you are attracted to men.
The baseball cap thing is a sub-group of punk-like guys who would have sex for sex' sake, not fall in love or look for LTR. (This generalization has been brought to you by Clarkie)

Well for me a straight acting guy is much more of a turn on. I congratulate you on really being honest with yourself and also knowing what you prefer. Many guys I think are afraid of it. Be safe and have lots of fun and always stay open to one of those straight actin guys because one may have the key to your heart. Laterz

Not even close to a fetish, it's just what you like.
