If the chelsea board do want rid of jose mourinho and the players and fans keep saying he must stay, do you think roman richman will let him stay but leave the club because he feels the fans and players don't respect the money he has giving them

Its possible. I’ve always thought that the Chelsea / Abramovich `marriage` was a disaster waiting to happen....

As a Mancunian and Manchester United supporter I hope for football that Jose stays and Roman picks his toys of the floor and lets the football people he employs do their job but alas I feel that this will never happen! I love the adversity and challenge that Chelsea with Romans backing have created but too say that they will dominate English football would be even with all that finance is a foolish statement! My club Liverpool & Arsenal all have rich history and traditions and more too the point massive fan bases around the world.
Roman even with all his money can never hope too complete in the long term & in the next few years will see that & if just if we win the Premier league that my just be the proof Roman needed. He knows he should of bought Manchester United but @ £870m it was too much of a risk for him.

This season has pointed out that Jose is not the great manager people proclaim him to be, he's been riding his luck on Roman's flying wallet and the overpriced players he's got.
The rest of the premiership teams have got used to his play tactics and players. Give him a club like Charlton or Watford with limited funds to manage and he'd run back to portugal!
He'll be elsewhere next season.

It's not the end of Chelski but it could be the end of Jose. He is unhappy at the board not backing him in the transfer market and the fact the chairman's best mate (Andrei Shevchenko) is sucking and is rightly not in the team is not making the chairman a happy bunny.
Expect Jose to leave and Guus Hiddink to replace him.

no way
jose wants to stay john terry has said he is going to fight to keep jose as manager as he wants jose to stay
if the players & fans kick up a big enough fuss bout the chelsea board's decision then jose shud be able to stay
i hope he does stay as without jose chelsea will have no chance as we jose to keep the team together
