I have tried always to get this done and i am failing miserably,i have asked yahoo and google and have come up with nothing? so any help would be very much appreciated before i tear my hair out.!!!!

i have had adobe flash installed but this has not done the plugin,it seems every time i click on to something that i think is the answer i just get to adobe!!!

Macromedia Flash is a free Adobe program.
Go to http://www.adobe.com and download and install it.
This should solve your dilemma.
